Introduction to Document Repository
This section holds the links for the Metropolitan State University Systems Portfolio. Some of these are URL links to the University's website ("related links"). Others are "Documents that have been uploaded from the University's AQIP document repository. When updating a document in the University's AQIP document repository, the document update must be saved under the same name and then re-uploaded into the Systems Portfolio Documents Repository. You do NOT need to change anything else in the document (i.e., links pointing to this document in the Systems Portfolio Document Repository) as the link stayed the same, only the document contents changed. When a University URL changes on the website, similarly the link must be updated in the Systems Portfolio Document Repository. Again, the link elsewhere in the Systems Portfolio points to the same Document Repository link so that only the one change needs to be made (the uploading of the new URL) in order to update all links pointing to this URL in the Systems Portfolio.
